DREAM capitalizes on the resources of both the University of Louisiana at Monroe's College of Arts and Sciences and its College of Education and Human Development to create useful partnerships with K-12 systems and schools. Among the services that DREAM can offer are:
Customized professional development workshops, courses, and/or programs designed to meet the needs of individual paraprofessionals, teachers, or schools
Access to experts from a wide range of content areas who are available to answer questions and/or advise with lesson design
Assistance interpreting the results of student achievement tests so that effective curriculum changes are facilitated
Assistance in writing grant proposals so that schools acquire the resources they need
Collaboration in action research to investigate the effectiveness of pedagogy changes
Collaboration in content-area research so that teachers remain life-long learners
