Program

The Louisiana Education Consortium offers Ed.D. programs in Curriculum and Instruction and in Educational Leadership through a unique doctoral program involving the collaboration of three separate universities:
º Grambling State University (http://www.gram.edu),
º Louisiana Tech University (http://www.latech.edu), and the
º University of Louisiana at Monroe (http://www.ulm.edu).

These programs began with the Fall Term of 1995 and are designed for P-16 personnel, including teachers and administrators. The primary goal of the doctoral programs is the preparation of professionals for leadership roles in elementary, middle, and secondary school settings. The faculty, staff, and administration of the LEC are proud to offer this unique opportunity to provide quality doctoral studies with strong potential to promote effective educational systems throughout Louisiana and the United States.

The LEC Governing Board formulates the policies and procedures of the LEC. Policy governing board membership is also available.
