MICHAEL KACZURAK, bass/baritone, has a bachelor’s degree in drama from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, under the direction of David Skeele.

He performed in numerous musicals, including “The Miracle” (over 350 performances), “Grease,” “Copacabana,” “The Student Prince,” “42nd Street,” “La Cage Aux Folles,” “Brigadoon,” “Bye Bye Birdie,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “The Mystery of Edwin Drood,” “My Fair Lady,” “Camelot,” and “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.”

Kaczurak’s professional training includes: advanced improvisation with Mark Morwitz, vocal technique with Stephen Totter, and ballet/jazz with Buddy Thompson. He has worked with the following directors/choreographers: Ann Neiman, John Saunders, Rusty Curcio, David Leong, Paul Rubin, Doug Hodge, Joseph Patton, Melissa Ricketts-Tillery, and Andrea Andresakis.

He has compiled many notable secondary skills, including clowning, stilt-walking, juggling (balls/rings/clubs), horse and camel riding, and stage combat.
