To register your students follow these steps:

1.      Find out how many students and teachers intend on coming and their t-shirt sizes.

2.      Fill in this Registration Form online for your participants by 12 noon on Monday, April 12 to ensure we have enough food and supplies.  If you have any problems with this link, email the information to Dr. Cumming ( cumming@ulm.edu ).

3.      Ask each student to fill out a photo release form.   Each teacher should collect the photo releases and turn them in on SK Day.  If a student does not fill out a photo release, please alert the Registration Staff.

4.      If you want to bring more students after you fill out the Registration, email Dr. Cumming ( cumming@ulm.edu ) for instructions.
