Dear Colleagues,

We have reached a positive resolution regarding Dr. Lamar Pritchard’s resignation in August and recent request to be reinstated as Dean of the College of Pharmacy. Dr. Pritchard arrived at a critical time in the history of the College of Pharmacy as well as the University, and I truly appreciate his contributions to the restoration of the College. Though he will step down as the dean, he will remain with the ULM family as a member of the SACS reaffirmation administrative team.

We are in the process of appointing an interim dean as we continue our national search for a permanent dean to build upon the progress made under Dr. Pritchard’s leadership.
