ULM and the Monroe Jaycees Present "Smokin' On the Bayou" Cook-Off

ULM will co-host the inaugural "Smokin' on the Bayou" rib cook-off with the Monroe Jaycees on Friday, April 9th and Saturday the 10th in conjunction with the ULM/SLU baseball game. Sign up begins Friday night April 9th at 7 p.m. at the third base tailgating area.

The entry fee will be $50 for students, $75 for non-students, and $100 for restaurants. Prizes will be awarded in each division and the overall winner gets two tickets and an overnight hotel stay for Jazzfest in New Orleans.
