April 15, 2005 Berry Named Dean for the College of
Business Administration at ULM Berry received his doctorate in Management Information Systems from Mississippi State University and joined the ULM faculty in 1995. He was named Head of the Department of Computer Information Systems in 2000, and served in that capacity until 2004 when he was named Interim Dean of the College of Business Administration. He was recognized by the ULM Alumni Association as the Outstanding Professor in the College of Business in 2002 and as the Beta Gamma Sigma Outstanding Professor in Business in 2004. "It is truly an honor to be selected as the Dean of the College of Business Administration," Berry said. "I have thoroughly enjoyed working closely with faculty, students, the business community and the University administration during the past seven months as Interim Dean. I am excited about the opportunity to continue our efforts to move the College forward." Dr. Berry holds the Entergy Endowed Professor
of Computer Information Systems, has published over 40 refereed
articles, and has served as the founding editor of the Journal
of Internet Commerce. He has successfully attracted over
$750,000 in grant funds, which were used to enhance the technological
infrastructure of the college, provide professional development
