Go to the Registrar's office web site http://registrar.ulm.edu/ and download the digital form field PDF Application for Graduation. Complete the form then print it. If you are an undergraduate art student, deliver the application to the College of Arts and Sciences office (Hanna 241). Graduate students take the application to the Graduate School (Hanna 221)
