Please return one registration form per participant with the registration fee of $100.00 per faculty member, $100.00 per post-doc, or $50.00 per student. This fee will include:
Faculty mentors who have students or postdoctoral associates present at the meeting are required to register even if they do not attend.
For non-participant guests who will attend the Sunday evening mixer and/or the Monday evening dinner, please add $20.
To enable us to provide firm numbers for meals and setups, your registration must be postmarked not later than Friday, May 5, 2017, otherwise (as approved at the 2006 business meeting) a late registration fee of $25.00 will likely apply.
