• A meal plan is required for all students who live on campus. Resident Meal Plan Options
• 4-Bedroom Apartment residents have a choice for their contract; the default is Academic Year. Beginning in September, contract changes may be made up to the drop day of the Fall semester.

4 Bedroom, 2 Bath

• Private Room: $3,577 per semester
  • Private Bedroom within a Unit, shared bathroom, vanity & common area
• Contract Period: Academic Year
  • Academic Year is defined as Fall & Spring Semesters (Aug. to May)
• After Drop Day of the Fall semester, Summer Add-on: $895 per Summer
  • Summer is defined as the period from the end of the Spring Semester to July 31st or the beginning of the Fall semester, if returning to the same room.
  • Cost is posted on the Summer bill only. 

 

4 Bedroom, 2 Bath

• Private Room: $3,818 per semester
  • Private Bedroom within a Unit, shared bathroom, vanity & common area
• Contract Period: Academic Year plus Summer

 Academic Requirement

• Apartment Building 5 and a portion of Apartment Building 6 are considered upperclassmen Scholars’ Halls and require a minimum of 30 ULM credit hours. The minimum grade point average required for continuing students is 3.3.
• Apartment Building 7 and a portion of Apartment Building 6 are considered upperclassmen halls and require a minimum of 30 ULM credit hours. The minimum grade point average required for continuing students is 2.5.
