MacArthur Drive.    Ryan's has some great lunch specials and are excited to host our "meet the Coach" event.

    Join alumni and friends as we welcome new ULM head football coach Todd Berry to the Acadiana area.  Coach Berry, ULM President Dr. James Cofer, ULM Athletic Director Bobby Staub, Director of the Warhawk Athletic Foundation Dan O'Dowd and others will be hosing a dinner on Friday, February 26th, 7-9:00, at Prejeans (www.prejeans.com).  There is no cost to attend - you just order and pay for what you want to eat from Prejean's great menu.

    Join alumni and friends as we welcome new ULM head football coach Todd Berry to the Shreveport/Bossier area.  Coach Berry, ULM President Dr. James Cofer, ULM Athletic Director Bobby Staub, Director of the Warhawk Athletic Foundation Dan O'Dowd and others will be hosing a luncheon on Saturday, February 27th, 11-1, at The Venue located at 526 Benton Road / Bossier.    The Venue is preparing an all-you-care-to-eat bar-b-que dinner for $15.00 per person - pay at the door.

Worth area.  Coach Berry, ULM Athletic Director Bobby Staub, Director of the Warhawk Athletic Foundation Dan O'Dowd and others will be hosing a dinner on Saturday, February 27th, 7-10:00, at Champps-Los Colinas (www.champps.com).    There is no cost to attend the event - all you have to do is pay for whatever you order from their great menu.

    Join alumni and friends as we welcome new ULM head football coach Todd Berry to East Texas!  Coach Berry, ULM Athletic Director Bobby Staub, and Director of the Warhawk Athletic Foundation Dan O'dowd will be in our area for lunch at Papacita's on Sunday, February 28th, 12-2.
     
    We'll have an all-you-can-eat Mexican buffet for $10.00 per person - pay at the door!  Papacita's is located at 305 West Loop in Longview.
     


  • HOT SPRINGS - Sun Belt Basketball Tournament & Alumni Events

    Join ULM Alumni and friends for the 2010 edition of the Sun Belt Basketball Tournament in Hot Springs!    The first event is the Pep Band Concert featuring bands from all Sun Belt Schools which includes ULM's The Sound of Today!  There will be free hot dogs, popcorn, and coke products - this event is Friday night, March 5th, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.


  • ULM - Quarter Century Club Dinner

    Each year ULM recognizes those employees who have reached 25 years of service to our University.  Once you reach the 25 year mark, you are invited back to each years banquet.  We'll have more on this event posted soon!

  • ULM - Golden Society Banquet & Induction

    Each year the ULM Alumni Association welcomes the newest members to the Golden Society!  This banquet honors graduates who have reached the 50 year anniversary of their graduation from ULM - this year, the class of 1960 will be inducted.  Once you are inducted into the Golden Society, you are a member for life and are welcome at each years banquet held at the Alumni Center.  For more information on the Golden Society, contact Nancy the ULM Alumni Center a


  • SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY 2nd annual golf scramble!

    The Caddo-Bossier Chapter of the ULM Alumni Association will be hosting its 2nd Annual Golf Scramble on Saturday, May 15th, 2010, at Northwood Hills Country Club.  ULM Alumnus Tim Brando will once again be the host of this event.  We have discounted hotel rooms available at the Best Western Richmond Suites.
     
    Proceeds from our golf scramble will be used to endow a scholarship for a student from the Caddo/Bossier area who is going to ULM.
     


  • DALLAS - Annual Alumni Crawfish Boil

    Join alumni and friends for our annual crawfish boil to be held in the Cottonwood Pavillion in Westlake Park on Lake Lewisville beginning at noon.
     
    Directions to Lake Lewisville:  Take I-35 north from Dallas / turn east on Main Street until the road enters Westlake Park / stop at the Guard Hut / then follow the signs to the Cottonwood Pavilion.

  • ULM - Soul of the Maroon and Gold Reunion

    This reunion is being organized by Rick Saulsberry and is set for the weekend of June 4th.  It is for students who attended ULM in the mid 70's - early 80's.  This group has previously met in Shreveport and Dallas and we're excited they are coming back to campus!

  • ULM - Reunion for Students 1985-1995

    This reunion is being organized by Shelia Johnson.  The group of students, who attended ULM from 1985-1995, had their first reunion here in 2008.  For more information contact Shelia at:  shelia@srjcpa.com.  The tentative schedule includes registration at the alumni center on Thursday, June 10th / an old style Greek show in Brown Gym on Friday, June 11th / and a fish fry in the grove on Saturday, June 12th.
