ULM Residential Life Assignment Process

Summer Add-On for Academic Contract Apartments:

All Applicants for the Summer Housing:

SUMMER 2020 APPLICATION (paper application; scan and email back)

 

We continue to ask for your patience as the COVID-19 pandemic is an ever-changing situation in regards to decisions made by the federal and state government and school governing bodies. Continue to monitor the Warhawks email for any changes.

 

Building Requirements:

The following are the Residential Life academic requirements:

Roommate:

Roommate request must be mutual before move-in.

Cancellation of Application:

All applicants must complete a Cancellation Form, which may be submitted via Warhawks email attachment.

Payment Policy:

All students must pay their summer student account bill prior to move-in.  Students will not be allowed to move in unless they have paid their accounts in full for the summer term.

Move-in Date and Time:

Move-in for Summer is always the Sunday before the term begins,
