Spring 2024 MOVE IN!

Helping all Warhawks enjoy a successful move in!

Your room assignment, roommates, and suitemates for the Spring 2024 semester is available on your eRezLife account. On this page, you will find some helpful information which will enable you to experience a faster move in.  Please make sure you review this information and contact the appropriate office(s) BEFORE your arrival on campus. 

We look forward to your arrival at ULM!  As you know, living on campus is a very exciting aspect of university life and our goal is to make your on campus living experience enjoyable.

 

Check-In Schedule:  Please follow the schedule below:

 Friday, January 12, 2024 – All Students

• Begin at the ULM Activity Center
• Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

 Saturday, January 13, 2024 – All Students

• Begin at the ULM Activity Center
• Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Check in will not be done on Sunday, January 14, 2024 or Monday, January 15, 2024.  

• Students cannot receive keys or building access on Sunday or Monday. Students will need to wait until Tuesday, January 16, 2024 during university business hours.

Before you arrive on campus for move in, BE SURE: 

• You are registered for classes;
• You have a ULM ID Card and have selected a meal plan with Warhawk ID Services
  • For questions about your meal plan, contact WIDS (idcard@ulm.edu / 318-342-5002)
• You have paid your semester bill OR know it is covered by aid OR a payment plan.
  • For questions about your
    • financial aid & TOPS, contact Financial Aid (finaid@ulm.edu / 318-342-5320)
    • scholarship, contact the Scholarship Office (scholarships@ulm.edu / 318-342-5321)
    • fee bill balance, contact Student Account Services (sas@ulm.edu / 318-342-5124).

 

Fee Payment Deadline: To avoid classes being dropped, Thursday, January 11, 2024 before 3:30 PM is the deadline to pay your Fall bill. Review Student Billing for more information
